How the Magic Happens.
THE FCM VIDEO PRODUCTION PROCESS IN A FEW WORDS

This is where it all begins! We kick off all projects with an internal strategy session to define roles, goals, and discuss creative ideas.
From here, we come together as a group to define our key goals, target audiences, and how we plan to get your content to the right viewers.

Here we develop scripts, storyboards, design concepts for animation and motion graphics, and we identify the key components of the story.
Then we determine final production schedule, travel, budget, and any associated permits for filming (if applicable). And rest assured, FCM manages all of this for you.

In this phase, we begin bringing the story to life! This is where all principal photography takes place, including interviews, supplemental or ‘b-roll’ footage, drone/aerial footage and anything seen by the camera.

This is when the production will really start to take shape! We begin with scenes that are shot placed into their proposed sequence. During post-production, effects may be added such as animation, motion graphics, and narrative audio.
Multiple post-production versions of the video may be cut together before the final video is completed. This will be determined during the pre-production phase.
Other effects such as text, titles, and captions will also be added during this time, and ultimately a ‘final cut’ will be compiled for distribution.
